Warranty

KickRamp provides a bug fix warranty for active subscriptions.
A bug is defined as a malfunction in functionality that was originally delivered as part of the project scope.
The warranty does not cover:
• new feature requests
• design or layout changes
• third-party plugin conflicts
• platform updates introduced after delivery
• hosting or server issues outside our infrastructure
Bug fixes are provided while the project is actively maintained through a KickRamp subscription.
