Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.
Refunds are not available after:
• design mockups are approved
• development work has begun
• website deliverables have been provided
If a client decides not to use KickRamp hosting after receiving website files, the project will still be considered completed and non-refundable.
Refund terms may vary depending on project agreements and custom contracts.
