2. Services Provided
KickRamp provides digital services including but not limited to:
Web development
WordPress development
Ecommerce development
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Paid media and digital marketing campaigns
Website hosting
Website maintenance
Content writing and blogging
White-label development and SEO services
Digital consulting and strategy
Services may be provided remotely and may involve third-party platforms or tools.
3. Payment Terms
KickRamp requires payment before project work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Project Work
Projects typically require 100% payment before development begins.
For trusted or returning clients, partial payments such as 50% deposit and 50% upon completion may be arranged.
Accepted Payment Methods
KickRamp accepts payments through:
PayPal
Credit or debit card
Bank transfer
Revolut
Cryptocurrency payments (future support)
4. Subscription Services
Certain services such as SEO, maintenance, hosting, or marketing campaigns may be provided on a recurring subscription basis.
If subscription payments are not received:
SEO and marketing services may be paused until payment resumes
Website maintenance services may be paused
Hosting services include a 1 month grace period to allow the client to migrate their website if the service is discontinued
After the grace period, hosting services may be suspended.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary materials required to complete the project including:
Website content
Images and branding assets
Product or service information
Access to existing platforms when required
If the client does not provide content, KickRamp may generate content based on client guidelines or industry standards.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any materials they provide.
KickRamp may provide license-free images from platforms such as Unsplash or similar services when appropriate.
6. Refund Policy
KickRamp maintains a limited refund policy due to the nature of digital services.
Refunds will not be issued:
After the client approves the website mockup or design concept
After project deliverables have been sent to the client
If the client chooses not to use KickRamp hosting but the website has already been delivered
All project scopes and deliverables will be discussed before development begins.
7. Website Ownership
Once full payment has been received, the client owns the final website deliverables.
KickRamp retains the right to:
Display completed projects in its portfolio
Reference projects as examples of work
Include a developer credit in the website footer
Exceptions may apply for white-label partnerships, where attribution and portfolio rights may be waived by agreement.
8. Hosting and Infrastructure
KickRamp may provide hosting services through managed infrastructure providers such as WP Engine or similar platforms.
Hosting performance and uptime depend on the infrastructure provider and will follow the uptime guarantees provided by those services.
KickRamp is not responsible for outages or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers.
9. Search Engine Optimization Disclaimer
KickRamp provides SEO services designed to improve website visibility and search performance.
However:
Search engine algorithms are controlled by third-party platforms
Rankings cannot be guaranteed
Traffic results may vary depending on competition, market conditions, and website history
KickRamp does not guarantee specific search engine ranking positions.
10. Third-Party Services
KickRamp services may involve integration with third-party services including but not limited to:
Google services
advertising platforms
hosting providers
CMS platforms
marketing tools
KickRamp is not responsible for disruptions or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
KickRamp will not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of revenue or business opportunities
website downtime caused by hosting providers
issues resulting from third-party platforms
client misuse of website deliverables
KickRamp's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
12. White Label Services
KickRamp provides white-label services for agencies and partners.
In such cases:
KickRamp may operate as a subcontractor
client-facing communication may be handled by the partner agency
portfolio attribution may be waived when required by agreement
13. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services if contractual obligations are not met.
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time, however cancellation does not entitle the client to refunds for services already performed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania, where the operating company RND WEB S.R.L. is registered.
Disputes will be handled under Romanian jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
15. Changes to These Terms
KickRamp reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Updates will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
